Can I reserve my spot in my gym class with skedAll?
No, your provider’s usual booking system should be followed.
Is my personal information secure on skedAll?
Yes, skedAll will not sell or disclose your personal information to any third parties.
How can I share my sked with friends?
Login with your facebook account and you can tell your friends which activities you are attending.
My gym does not use skedAll. How can I add them?
Simply search for you gym, and select Invite Provider from the search box. A notification will be sent to your gym inviting them to use skedAll.
My gym (provider) is not on skedAll, how do I add their activities?
Unfortunately you can not include activities unless your provider uses skedAll. Invite them to use skedAll.
How to I find providers in my region?
Simply search for them in the search box on the main page. You will also be shown new providers in your region from this page.
How do I cancel items in my schedule?
View your ‘sked’ on skedAll.com and find the activity you wish to cancel, and select ‘No longer attend’. You can them remove this instance or all future instances of this activity and your sked will be updated.

How do I become a provider?
To become a provider you need to first register as a skedAll user. Then click on the Become a Provider link, complete the form and click submit. Upload your provider logo and your done.
How do I edit my provider schedule?
Click on Settings menu in the top right of the page, select Schedule Management or click here for a quick link. Click on the Manage Schedules link and make the amendments to schedules, instructors, venues & activity details.
How do I size my logo to fit in the skedAll thumbnail?
Currently the your logo will not be resized to fit fully in the thumbnail space and will only crop the image. If you would like your full logo displayed you need to use a logo image size of 80*80 pixels on a background image of 160*80pixels. Alternatively send your image to skedAll support and they will upload the image for you until the next version of the application takes care of this.
